Elliot and the team of installers headed by Alex did a great job!
Elliott is a factual guy. If he says the product will be in 6 weeks then it will be 6 weeks unless the factory has a fabrication issue. The installation crew were very friendly and professional. They didn’t waste any time getting to work. They shared what they’re doing if I asked. Great crew.
Shopping around for windows and doors seems daunting. Getting quotes from many different vendors, but I am so glad that I chose American Reliable Windows and Doors. They were upfront with pricing and extremely competitively priced. They sought to get us exactly what we wanted and not to upsell us on what we did not want or need. A great experience all the way around. From the initial consultation with Cooper, to the final installation with Claudio, Francisco and Jarvey, it was great. I needed to upgrade my windows and checked Home Depot, Lowe’s and few other window companies. I found American Reliable by accident while driving down Van Nuys Blvd and walked in and met Cooper.
