American Reliable W & D's in Van Nuys replace all my 70-year old wood sash windows , a bay window, and a 55-year old sliding door. The installation is perfect and I was amazed how quick the old windows were removed and replaced and that it didn't damage the paint and stucco. Ms.Borjas their service rep kept me informed as to scheduling and installation, which only took a day, and their price was a great value.
Our 5-Star rating is based on American Reliable Window’s sales process, quality of work AND clean-up, responsive communication, professionalism, quality of windows, meeting our installation requirement when other companies could not, and resolving a mix-up in the order to our complete satisfaction!

I had 3 other quotes for my window and sliding doors to be replaced but after looking at relative prices and backround they seemed to be the best. I can now say I have chosen correctly. They were clean neat and quick. Everything works great. Thank you!
I am pleased with my new windows. They totally update the look of my house. The American Reliable crew did a good job installing and sealing the replacement windows. They also placed new wood moldings around my sliding glass door, which look awesome.
