This is the second HVAC unit that ARS has installed in our home and it went very smoothly. The technicians arrived on time and worked continuously until finished and were very responsive to my questions and did a great job, leaving the installation area spotless.
Fast, friendly, and helpful. Great service at a reasonable price and planning to use them for all future plumbing needs.
Plumber spent a lot of time trying to find out why a toilet kept backing up. Thankfully it was a defective toilet. He returned with a new one and installed. From start to finish everyone was professional and customer friendly.
I have done business with David on two remodels, where we had to think outside the box to retrofit/re route ducting for new HVAC systems. I feel I can collaborate on ideas with them and we ultimately come up with good solutions. Very happy with equipment choices and installation teams.
Not reliable at all. Makes our entire building wait 2 days and only THEN do they refuse work on the chiller and previous contract. During a heat wave of 104+ degrees in the valley. No thank you.
