We have lived in our apartment now for over a decade and we have had issues that lasted years. So many different vendors would be sent our way and in a week or two the problem would be back. This was the second time I turned to ARS to repair my HVAC unit and each time they've been speedy (same-day service), reliable, communicated with me in simple terms, fair, and friendly. Simon, my repair man, had a job before mine that was running long. His office called to tell me and asked if I'd be available later. Finally found an HONEST plumber! His name is Vik! I’m a Realtor. I listed my clients house for sale and wanted to check the water pressure gauge as it was coming up different during inspections.. So I met Vik the plumber at the house to check the water pressure. He told me the water pressure gauge was not working correctly and showed me exactly why. Did a good job on plumbing but didn't fix my AC problem, took my money to fix it and promised it would be fine, I asked about warranty and tech was almost offended saying of course there's warranty and they stand by their word, but that didn't mean much as AC is still leaking after 2 visits and no one is coming to fix it
