I had shower cartridge replaced. They are pretty responsive on customer request but I don’t think it is properly installed or it is wrong size cartridge. There is a gap and it is not stable when you turn the handle. FYI, anyone received fraud call claiming they are from American Reliable Services said there are balance amount? I paid $325 for replacing a shower cartridge upon completion of the service which is the price determined before the order. But there is one number keep calling me.

George from American Reliable Services was a life saver! My AC was went out on the hottest day of the year and the company was able to send George as his last call of the day, after when most repair services would be closed. He quickly identified the problem, sourced the part and would not leave until the job was complete and our AC was restored! Price was fair considering the last minute nature of the job.
