Extremely Disappointed I am very disappointed with the customer service from American Refuse Company in Wasco, CA. We never received our recycling and green waste bins, and when we called to resolve the issue, we were met with rudeness and a very argumentative attitude. Very hard to deal with, always making changes without you being notified and then charge you fees for not "complying" with their changes. Called them on the phone and were rude.

Overfiled they claimed, the lid was 4 or 5inches above the rim of the trash can to close they wouldn't pick it up. Terrible service wanted me to correct the issue ,and they would come out again for a fee.

It’s always something with this company. They won’t take your trash if it’s “ over filled “ what is the logic in that?

The ladies in the office are rude. The trashmen don't have a set time they come. Any time between 6am and noon. When they miss your house, there's no recourse. When you then have extra trash next week, they refuse to pick that up too because it's not in a trash can. So you put it in another trash can but they still only pick up one not both. It's always a battle. There's always an excuse or "reason" for them not to do their job.
