I know my seasoned refrigeration field service technician contractors will understand. Investors bought a smaller, family oriented business and turned into strictly OBVIOUSLY FOR PROFIT. At least they don't hide it. No direction, lack of equal respect from upper management. They do not want to hear what people want. In their mind, they already know what the employee needs and only ask you, so they look like they are considerate. Short and sweet. If you like that big corporate feel and all that comes with it, then this is your place. If you are looking for a place where you are a name and not just a number, then go somewhere else. Side note: I saw them fire one of their hard workers who is in treatment for cancer, and now he has no insurance. (Big corporate feel) It is a job to get you by until you find your real job.
