After a delay in contacting me about appointment time, they came out a day late. They diagnosed the issue with our walk-in freezer. They need a part and said they’d come back. I received a call they were at my location to install the part. When we went to meet them we couldn’t find them. We made several calls and sent messages trying to figure out what happened.
