Great organization a little too overzealous about their parking lot.
This time, I went with a group from work to donate blood, and from the moment I walked in, I felt nothing but gratitude and respect from each of the 5 employees I encountered. Each one of them was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, meticulous, and gracious. I think I received at least 3 sincere thank-yous from each person before they showed me to the lounge room, where they generously supplied me with snacks and juice.
