Always friendly staff, plenty of snacks for afterwards and quick and efficient.
The staff is attentive to your needs and repeatedly checks with you to see how you are feeling. The facility is clean and orderly. I felt genuinely cared for. Today (4/15/25) was probably my 20th donation since I moved back to Richland.
