I can't speak highly enough about the individual who work here. I split my donations between giving blood remotely down in the Bitterroot and giving Platelets at the Missoula Red Cross. Every time, I'm greeted by name the moment I walk in (thank you Nicole) and helped quickly. The staff here have been nothing but helpful, pleasant and courteous every time. The folks here are always helpful, polite and attentive. They greet you upon entrance and let you know they will be with you shortly. They are informative and answer any questions I have. They are also caring and concerned with my well being and comfort. A great place to donate. I'm a return customer.
