The staff here is so kind and friendly. So far, it is my favorite place to donate platelets and blood.
I can't speak highly enough about the individual who work here. I split my donations between giving blood remotely down in the Bitterroot and giving Platelets at the Missoula Red Cross. Every time, I'm greeted by name the moment I walk in (thank you Nicole) and helped quickly. The staff here have been nothing but helpful, pleasant and courteous every time.
