Rude, unprofessionally looking and behaving employees. The one who was taking my blood, black woman with such long artificial nails that she could barely operate with the instruments, clumsily poked needles in my veins many times on both arms, damaging those and reproaching me for that. I told her not to touch one particular vein because it’s rolling and sensitive, but she didn’t listen to me and did it anyway which resulted in immediate swelling, bruising of my arm with terrible pain, but she pretended like nothing happened... read more
