Rude, unprofessionally looking and behaving employees. The one who was taking my blood, black woman with such long artificial nails that she could barely operate with the instruments, clumsily poked needles in my veins many times on both arms, damaging those and reproaching me for that. I told her not to touch one particular vein because it’s rolling and sensitive, but she didn’t listen to me and did it anyway which resulted in immediate swelling, bruising of my arm with terrible pain, but she pretended like nothing happened... read more

10/26/24 The reason blood donations might be down at the Peoria Illinois location on John Gwyn could be because your employees are rude to donners. I had one female who was rude helping me with initial check in navigating the scanner upon entering the facility and another female smart off to me and running her mouth unnecessarily. I am a very polite and respectful person it isn't to much to ask to be treated accordingly. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE I WON'T BE BACK.
