Friendliest team and providers of great care. Very quick check in process and the team is fantastic
10/26/24 The reason blood donations might be down at the Peoria Illinois location on John Gwyn could be because your employees are rude to donners. I had one female who was rude helping me with initial check in navigating the scanner upon entering the facility and another female smart off to me and running her mouth unnecessarily. I am a very polite and respectful person it isn't to much to ask to be treated accordingly. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE I WON'T BE BACK.
Clean location & friendly staff
Delivering a truck load to this location and they won’t unload the truck because they have no dock. Wants driver to unload himself. We did not agree on that prior to pickup nor were we paid. Don’t waste your time
