I was late for an appointment to give both blood and platelets. No one was in there except one person giving blood and the man working there was rude and said my appointment was canceled due to my bring late. They were not busy. I could have been seen I’m sure. The man wouldn’t even engage in a conversation. Just kept saying “Mam, you weee late more than 15 minutes and so you can not be seen.” He said this three times and then walked away abruptly.
