This location was great until my visit on 3/31/26. I drove an hour to get here only to be told I cannot donate platelets because the inside of my arm was discolored from eczema I recovered from. Red haired tech made me feel dirty when she said I can hurt patients receiving my donation when there was nothing wrong with me. She didn’t care that I willingly drove far to help out patients, so I will no longer return here and have my gas and time wasted. I’m always getting email that blood is need it, I walked in no appointment, but left with out donating blood, I was told that I need it to wait an hour because at the time it wasn’t taking whole blood. Place was empty .
Great facility and staff. Vert pleasant experience every time! Highly recommended.
