Great facility and staff. Vert pleasant experience every time! Highly recommended.
Great staff
Today I had an appointment and came on time but needed to leave without donating. Noone else was waiting, just me and 4-5 nurses/4-5 donors inside. After 20min in the lobby, when I asked to girl in the front desk to faster the process since my family was waiting outside and we had another program, she didn’t mind much, just said “you can leave if you need, they are busy”. They always send emails for urgent needs, but make you wait in the lobby for a scheduled appointment. It is frustrating.
