Rude! The woman that came to greet me was incredibly rude and rushed. So much so I didn't feel comfortable even donating my blood and I left.
I was a newbie but now I'm hooked! I love everything about this place. The people are friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. They answered all my questions without hesitation. The facility is clean and located in a convenient location. I'm doing platelets today. I'm also scheduled for another blood donation in November. The app is very helpful. I came in recently with an appointment, but they wouldn’t take my blood because my heart rate was slightly elevated. I was retested 30 seconds later and told I was ineligible. The staff clearly didn’t want to be there — they close at 7:15, and I arrived at 6:30 to sighs and eye-rolls from the moment I walked in. I'm so glad to have a Red Cross location closer to home. This is a lovely new center, and the people are terrific! Highly recommend giving blood or platelets, and they make it very easy!!
