I have donated at this beautiful center twice. Both Platelets and Whole blood. The staff was very efficient and pleasant. I was greeted and thanked more times than I can remember. I cant wait for my next donation. The atmosphere was friendly and the care was top-notch. From check in to check out the customer service was excellent.
Wanted to walk in so tried calling in but of course it goes to a national number ask if they can call and see if they are busy and i coukd get in...they wouldn't even call said if you are a walk in you have to be at least an hour before close or they wont take you.....no issue walking in at delmare guess they dont need it that bad have tried walking in two more times since then since they are close to house and coukd not get in.
One of the nicest ones I have given blood. Well over 100 times so far. Bright, quiet but not too quiet. Comfy chairs for the longer procedures. Wonderful array of snacks, healthy and fun. People are always professional and pleasant.
Easy sign up process within the app. Make sure you do the rapid pass check in beforehand. Staff are nice and the snacks were tasty. Donate and save a life today
It is a shame that most people do not donate. GET IN HERE!
