Excellent staff and location. I’ve been donating PowerRed and this has been the fastest/best location I’ve experienced. It’s easy to a schedule an appointment and parking is generally good. However, a new swim lesson facility recently opened adjacently so parking spaces aren’t as plentiful
Donated here on my birthday and all was good. Got a free Peanuts x Red Cross shirt and refreshments afterwards. The staff were nice. Pretty quick and easy.

We completed QuickPass and made an appointment, only to be told upon arrival that they were short-staffed and couldn’t take my daughter to donate. We rescheduled, showed up early the second time, and were again turned away due to staffing shortages. The facility itself is unwelcoming—you have to be buzzed in, there’s no public restroom, and customer service was nonexistent. Wanted to walk in so tried calling in but of course it goes to a national number ask if they can call and see if they are busy and i coukd get in...they wouldn't even call said if you are a walk in you have to be at least an hour before close or they wont take you.....no issue walking in at delmare guess they dont need it that bad
