Most of the people probably mean well but I felt jerked around when I was ready to go and they said my pulse was too low to donate, as if that was a possibility. Never have I had a doctor, or someone from Red Cross have an issue with it before. More frustrating, I thought it’d be helpful to take it easier beforehand, only to waste my time the day of. They were professional, efficient, and very friendly. Lavender was my phlebotomist and explained everything she was doing. She’s awesome!
This was my quickest and best blood donation experience I've had so far (I've given about 10 times). The staff was professional and quick at every point. I made an appointment same day and didn't wait at any point in the process. Stephanie did an excellent job with the blood draw. Not to mention, comfy chairs and top tier snacks. 10/10 will give blood here again.
I’ve donated 20+ times in my life and I can easily say this was the best experience I’ve had yet. The facilities were the most updated (Dec 2022) I’ve seen and the cleanest by far. The icing on the cake was the super friendly staff that got me in and out in under 45 min. I will be back ever couple of months for sure.
