I always have fun with the staff
I’ve been donating my platelets since April 2019 and I have never had a problem. They are very professional and very, very pleasant. In fact, I always look forward to it, knowing that I am helping someone.
When I went in to donate blood a older lady was the one to put the needles in my arm. She obviously didn’t know what she was doing because she kept having to stop and ask a younger lady to help. It got to the point where the other lady do it for her, Immediately after I left I had huge bruises. I couldn’t move my arms for 3 whole days ! Also they were not able to get much blood cause one of my veins were small but the older lady said they could get more blood next time in my other arm since the vein in that one is better.
