I have been donating blood, or Power Red at this location for nearly 3 years now and am always impressed with the staff. I've had some rough donations (sticks) in the past in other states (and of course some lovely experiences), but consistently this location has been clean, kind, gentle, and just a nice group to work with. #herosforbabies #redcross :)

I was impressed with this location. I will go back to donate blood there again. The facility was clean and spacious. Staff members were knowledgeable and kind. Every aspect of my visit was explained and I was made to feel comfortable. Thank you to the staff of the Timonium branch of the Red Cross!
Donate platelets about twice a month. Always a great experience. Emil (I’m pretty sure is his name) usually helps me. So friendly and good at what he does. Makes me comfortable even though needles aren’t my favorite
I forget her name (sorry) but it had Asia in it. She was excellent. Professional. And it didn't hurt! Great experience.
