I "donated" blood here 4 times. Why "donated"? because they were able to get the blood only once every other time they just stabbed me with the needle and couldn't get the blood out. I would come home with a HUGE burse on my arm. Those people do not know where the vein is. The picture attached is 6 days after I "donated" blood. It looked so much worse
Sharon was so absolutely phenomenal! Very personable and made my experience pleasant. I donate at least once a year or so at different locations but she was by far the best. She just had the natural ability to make me comfortable and we talked for quite a bit. Some struggle to find my veins but she looked once and had it. No bruising either. Also the woman at the front desk was very kind too. Did not get her name but she was friendly and helpful as well! Great location overall.
Brooke was amazing, and Mike was fantastic!
