I have been donating every two months for the last 3 years at ARC, and for several years before that at a regional center in another state where I lived. I am tired of being treated rudely by staff and employees around the Chillicothe, OH area. Complaining falls on deaf ears because nothing changes, despite several calls and negative survey responses. I’m done with donating blood and being treated like garbage. Customer service must be a lost art.

I don't donate to get anything in return, but they sent me a gift card link. I chose a Chewy gift card. I spent quite a while picking out different things for my dogs-more than the gift card value. Ready to check out and the card is invalid. Frustrating.
