My apartment burned down and they got my phone number and name written down on site. When I called they wouldn't help because I didn't have ID. Umm.. lost all my stuff.
It’s not even there!!!!
Nobody likes to pick up phone calls at this location. I was on hold for more than half an hour before I gave up holding.
