Please explain where your reasoning is when I am basically given no help that I had asked for is one thing but for you to refuse because my house was not hit by a tornado , I do not qualify for anything nothing zero ? Not cool redcross not cool . I would have gotten help had I had been hit by the tornado but since that did not I'm just not going to get anything ok.
