RecommendedGreat staff. Very conscientious. It’s a process.. because your health and your blood are involved, so don’t go thinking you’re in and out in just a few minutes. Doing the “Rapid Pass”online before your appointment shortens your time there. Always a “Thank You” from the staff! GIVE TO THE AMERICAN RED CROSS.. you’re saving lives!
We're on day 8 of this derecho nightmare in Cedar Rapids and now you roll into town? Our low income housing on the SW side of town was hit especially hard. These are people who were already struggling and have literally nothing to get them through this crisis. They can't just go buy generators and pay cash for a hot meal at Hy-Vee (only store open since they have generators) 2-3 times a day for everyone in their family. RecommendedFriendly employees who knows how do their work very well. It’s also very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.
Stop setting people up for appointments & then cancel them, a lot of us are taking time off from work. Today my wife went to donate at Holiday Inn in Tewksbury at 2:45pm and was told sorry were not set-up yet, please give us another hour???? WTF!
