This time, I went with a group from work to donate blood, and from the moment I walked in, I felt nothing but gratitude and respect from each of the 5 employees I encountered. Each one of them was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, meticulous, and gracious. I think I received at least 3 sincere thank-yous from each person before they showed me to the lounge room, where they generously supplied me with snacks and juice.
Terrible hours
The facility always has ample parking and is kept nice and clean. The staff there are knowledgeable and friendly. They get to know you by name after donating a few times. There is also rarely a wait just make sure to sceduel ahead.
