On June 4th 2024 a fire broke out and by morning 36 families would need a place to live . Red Cross showed up a few hours later at a safe distance while the fire was still a danger. It was so cold outside they gave us blankets. The Red Cross found us shelter, food, and a place to stay for 5-6 days plus some clothes. They also set up a place for people to get a new drivers license, ID card, Food stamp card and other services all under one roof including, Animal control who gave me a small kitty box, cat litter,& some food for... read more
