I enjoy donating at this location, i’ve always found the staff and volunteers kind and skilled.
Nate was very knowledgeable but me 69 years old had difficult time kneeling on floor plus have artifical hip I didnot appreciate him having no patience and embarassing me in front of the group aloud Ex. Nate why are you talking I told him the person in my group asked me a question next I wasn't performing something correct and he said why are you under her like that he was rude then called me to the side after participating for 2 1/2 hrs. and said you tried hard but I can't pass you 102.00 later never again
