Patrick Jordan has been the best service guy for 10 years plus! I definitely recommend getting him on your route.
I was leaving my house one day and forgot to put my can out for recycling. Jeremiah and Myron stopped at my house and noticed my can wasnt out, so they took it upon themselves to ask if I needed help with it, and took it to the truck for me. Additionally I had a few stacks of boxes in my garage that they both helped carry for me as well. Truly incredible customer service!
Terrible. I pay all the funds and fees , just for you to not take my recycling. Everything in my bin is recyclable but they don’t take it and I’m left with a weeks worth of trash. It’s a constant battle of what they will take. Week by week . I only leave recyclable items and they just don’t take it. Some broke man with $15/hr decides whether I’m relieved of trash 🤣🤣🤣🤣 why am I paying you so much in fees if you don’t take my items ???? Some weeks they take it , others they don’t ? 🤷🏻♂️ I’m at the point where I pay them... read more
I canceled my service due to sporadic pickup times and I have been waiting for them to pick up my can for 3 months I have scheduled pickups three different times.
