I like how the only one allowed to make posts under Customer Testimonials on their website is American Furniture Warehouse. Maybe it's because they actually have horrible customer service! We purchased a table from AFW and scheduled a pick up two days later. When we picked up the table it was in a box and appeared to be in good condition. When we opened to box however, the entire corner was smashed in. Perfect in almost every way – Walking through the store, and finding things can be a daunting task. There's TONS of stuff, and the store just seems to go on forever, LOL I was getting just a little discouraged because I couldn't find any of the things I'd already researched online (chair, loveseat and queen sleigh bed)...then I meet TJ, my sales rep. Attitude Central – Interestingly enough, I've talked to at least 3 other people who have had very similar negative experiences JUST LOOKING in this store. The sales people here act like they have some sort of elitist complex, unless of course you are buying loads of their overpriced furniture, consequentially lining their pockets.
