Worst place ever to rent from they are nothing but scammers ...over charges you and than when u try to reach someone you can't no phone number just have to email back n forth with no resolution...they really need to be banned from renting in are city
They are a horrible company , don’t respond to emails , can’t get ahold of them via phone, almost like scam artists getting peoples $50 application fees over a same rental home ! Don’t deal with them -run the other way ..

I would give them no star if I could. I applied 50 dollar app fee they denied me real quick because my credit score how are they running credit with no SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER THEY DID NOT ASK FOR THAT DURING THE APPLICATION. It does not say nowhere on the website nor on ZILLOW what your credit score has to be. THEY ARE GETTING PEOPLE MONEY DENYING THEM SAYING A CREDIT SCORE BUT WILL SEND A THOUSAND TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAILS BEGGING YOU TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION BUT NEVER ONCE ADDRESSED A CREDIT SCORE.
