I went into American Rare Coin, Gold & Jewelry with some gold and silver jewelry I no longer wear and wanted to "down size" my jewelry box. Nicki and Anna both helped me; quickly going through all of the pieces. They were both gracious and HONEST! I felt comfortable with the whole transaction and the customer service was exceptional. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND LOCALLY. I was brand new to attempting to buy or sell gold and after contacting several business in the area that buy gold, not only was American Rare Coin the best priced by over double, they also made the experience extremely easy, were very welcoming, and completely transparent about everything in the process. I was helped by Nicki today and she provided excellent customer service. It was a quick in and out experience and I actually was able to get more for my ring than expected. Nicki was very professional and explained everything to me as we went along and it was not intimidating like I was afraid of at all. Will definitely be returning if I’m ever in need. Nicki also has an awesome car.

This was my second visit to American Rare Coin, Gold & Jewelry, and I've had a great experience both times. During my first visit, Kevin and Frank helped me sell jewelry that I no longer wore.
