Have been here a couple times so far. first people need to understand this is a business with customers in and out consistently either selling or buying. so at times can seem busy or that you are not being attended to. Just be an adult have patience wait your turn like anyone else. Second time in they remembered what i bought the first time they let me browse as they were taking care of other customers. Went in today and worked with Anna - Assistant Manager. From start to finish the process was extremely professional. Took some old rings in to be appraised. Got a very good price and walked away very happy. First time customer but definitely will be a repeat customer. Great place!!!

Was my first time stopping in they were Very friendly and had Great silver prices! Stuff for all price ranges. Lots of silver dollars and silver quarters even a couple 100oz bars if you're a big spender and they own the antique store next door with even more beautiful pieces of history! The lady that helped me was very polite and watchful of the customers and keeps an eye out for the business you can tell she's worth her weight in gold which I hope that she gets it

We went into ARC yesterday, a bit intimidated and embarrassed because we had SO many items for them to consider... Not just coins, but also old silver and gold jewelry, much of it we weren't sure was authentic. The store was hopping, but we didn't have to wait long at all. We worked with Anna, who put us right at ease, and could not have made us feel more comfortable! I conducted business today with this establishment. The buyer was friendly and gave me a good price. I wish it was closer to spot, but I do realize that the buyer has to make a profit too. My items were tested and I was in and out in about 8-10 minutes. I had a great experience and would recommend selling and buying from this local place. I see why they have such a high rating.
