This was my second visit to American Rare Coin, Gold & Jewelry, and I've had a great experience both times. During my first visit, Kevin and Frank helped me sell jewelry that I no longer wore. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and never made the process feel intimidating. I especially appreciated Frank's expertise and how transparent and fair they were with their pricing. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND LOCALLY. I was brand new to attempting to buy or sell gold and after contacting several business in the area that buy gold, not only was American Rare Coin the best priced by over double, they also made the experience extremely easy, were very welcoming, and completely transparent about everything in the process. I was helped by Nicki today and she provided excellent customer service. It was a quick in and out experience and I actually was able to get more for my ring than expected. Nicki was very professional and explained everything to me as we went along and it was not intimidating like I was afraid of at all. Will definitely be returning if I’m ever in need. Nicki also has an awesome car.

Nicki was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to appraising the value of my vintage gold pocket watch. I got to learn much more about the piece and about gold filled pieces instead of plated. I wasn't pressured into selling even though the piece was unique. Overall an excellent experience I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of gold or jewelry appraisal.
