Went in today and worked with Anna - Assistant Manager. From start to finish the process was extremely professional. Took some old rings in to be appraised. Got a very good price and walked away very happy. First time customer but definitely will be a repeat customer. Great place!!!
Nicki was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to appraising the value of my vintage gold pocket watch. I got to learn much more about the piece and about gold filled pieces instead of plated. I wasn't pressured into selling even though the piece was unique. Overall an excellent experience I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of gold or jewelry appraisal.
I just wanna do a shout out for, American Gold , Jewelry and Estate Sales in Olympia Washington. They have been so gracious and understanding and helpful to me, especially Kevin. So if you have some broken jewelry or coins, anything, you dont need, you take them to american gold jewelry. They will take good care of you and give you a fair price.
