We asked for a quote. Without asking for any details on my house or anything else they said word for word. " We will be more expensive than anybody else, typically the install cost is between $1,500 and $3,000, then they quoted me $15,000. For basic install?! These reviews on here must be fake because I can't imagine a company like this would have five stars. The last install at my old house was less than $1,500. Clearly they're out there to scam people.

I reached out to several companies for help, and Jesse from American Radon got back to me. While he wasn't the cheapest option, he was upfront about that. Given the complexity of radon mitigation required for our house with its extensions, Jesse’s expertise was... read more

After my mitigation motor (not sure of the proper terminology) started getting louder, I knew the end was imminent. (it was 13 years old). I called the phone number listed on the sticker put on at the original installation, only to find that that contractor is out of business. After a simple Google search, and reading previous reviews, I reached out to American Radon Mitigation. Jesse was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. After a couple pictures of the old motor, he had the answer for it's replacement. And, he was a... read more
