The staff here is amazing. I had a breast biopsy and they made the whole experience easy and comforting. I would highly recommend this facility.
I've been having problems with the staff at this location, particularly with the woman manager on 9th floor who consistently sabotage me from getting the test I came for. She regularly tries to change the referral of my doctor, and to make me pay outside my insurance. Every time I get turned away by her. Last week I was asked to pay upfront for ultrasound despite the fact that: 1. I had doctors referral, 2. approval from insurance, and 3. I signed that I will be responsible for payment if insurance didn't pay. They asked for... read more
I had the worst experience ever with Roling Oaks Radiology located on 1901 rice ave. Oxnard. Everithing started with a screening annual mammogram that was done on 11-07-2024. The recommandations of Dr. Weiss Andrea was: Continued clinical and annual screening 3-D mammografic tomosynthesis follow-up recommended. Also, at the same time I had a breast ultrasound and they discovered an oval circumscribed hypoechoic lesion that eneded up to be bening ( the wired thing is that the mass was always there for years but it got unotic... read more

I booked an MRI with contrast for my shoulder and waited three weeks for the appointment. The day before, I got a call saying they had scheduled it incorrectly according to their “protocol,” they also needed to do the scan without contrast, which they hadn’t accounted for. Because of that, my appointment was now 10 minutes too short and had to be rescheduled. I offered to come in earlier to make up the time, but they said that wasn’t possible. The next available appointment? Another three weeks out. It’s incredibly frustra... read more
