Called in to receive a quote for speaker replacement. Dave was awesome, said he wanted to take a look before giving any definitive answer, but gave me a worse case scenario quote. Came in for the appointment and he was super quick to assess the issue and replaced both of the front door speakers. Was a very quick in and out appointment and I was treated very well. Would definitely recommend for any radio / speaker needs!
Consulted with Dave. Knowledgeable, truthful, integrity and expertise. Did not have any work done, but the consult empowered my research and decision making. I could have easily made a mistake that would cost me a couple, three hundred dollars. In today's world the question is who can you trust. Trust American Radio.
Had two 12in speakers, box, and amp installed in my new Ford F150 with them. On the way home had a hiccup with navigation system. They came out to me the next day and took care of the issue. Speakers work great and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend them highly.
So I had a Audivox/Prestige alarm system that was over 10 years old but still worked. I only had one fob and the screen didn’t work but all the functions worked except driver side door pop. The car has no door handles and all 4 doors pop through the key fob, windows up and down, lock and unlock, auto start, trunk pop, etc. You can’t order fobs for that system anymore so they said they have to put a new alarm in. The staff is extremely helpful and always go above and beyond! The leather they replaced in my car looks fantastic. I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
