Oh my goodness customer service at its best! I LOVE that they understood how busy my schedule is and that I didn’t live close. They keep asking questions and providing solutions until we were able to say “yes, that will work!” Michael was the tech who did my remote install on my Challenger. He was at my job at 8:00 am and ready to work. He got me done and showed me how to work my remote start, wrote the directions on the invoice and even put it on a sticker in my car! Called in to receive a quote for speaker replacement. Dave was awesome, said he wanted to take a look before giving any definitive answer, but gave me a worse case scenario quote. Came in for the appointment and he was super quick to assess the issue and replaced both of the front door speakers. Was a very quick in and out appointment and I was treated very well. Would definitely recommend for any radio / speaker needs!
