Ed was very responsive every time we had a question ( even when on vacation out of the country). He was also very proactive making sure we knew what was going on and where we were in the process at all times. His crew of installers was also very good at their job and hard workers, but also very polite when we needed to get by. We have a very small inner city yard so they even had to go into the neighbors yard to retrieve some of the trash shingles.
