I have patiently waited for 16 months after the deck was constructed to write this review. Numerous attempts at trying to reach this establishment (via text, calls, voicemail or social media) has either resulted in no response or a false promise. They have deleted my posts on their Facebook page instead of responding and have had utter disregard for my request for help. Nick and his crew Tommy, Richie and Rocky did a fantastic job on constructing my new deck and paver patio. Nick was very professional from the start as he explained all facets of his proposal and provided the price and quote at my kitchen table. From the framing, deckboards, rails to the accent low voltage lighting on the post and steps they paid attention to all the details to assure quality craftsmenship. Worst customer service. They never respond nor back up their warranty. Not trustworthy. Don’t waste your money ... My Response on 10/8: Unfortunate sad part of all this that the construction company has time to respond to my review on google but does not care to return my calls...
