Have to amend this review. Since they came out and charged us thousands of dollars for service. We have had to call them out numerous times due to the water softener not working. Each time the tech tells us different things. There should be this amount of water in the salt barrel, the cycle should be this often. Or this was something they should have done on the initial call. I had Dan install a new well pump at my house several years ago. He and his crew did a great job, things have been running smoothly. This last Friday the water went out. I called American Pump and Spa on Saturday, since they were most familiar with my setup. Dan tried to contact me by both phone and text first thing Sunday morning. We were out of water this morning 😖 Called American Pump and Dan came right out! He had parts on hand and got everything replaced in less than an hour. Great customer service!
