customer service is all over the place like the company is. will definitely not be using them ever again. dont waste your time or money.
they are HORRIBLE. I was told everything was covered 100% by multiple representatives and then I got a bill for $1700 and they only only covered $47.....absolutely DO NOT GET OR BUY FROM THEM. they lie, and the employees are NOT on the same page about policies, whats covered, etc/. if i could give them 0 stars I would. been fighting this issue for over a year now. ridiculous.
