Not good everything you send they don't pay
American Public life sucks.... i called and asked what all I needed to send in they told me and I sent the forms... I filled out the forms and sent them back the same day and called them and let them know I had faxed the forms in.... after not hearing from them after about 4 days I called and then they said they had to have previous doctor records and I then sent those in.. well needless to say I was almost four weeks in and still hadn’t received any funds and everytime I called someone said something different...
