This place is extremely slow at loading a hopper bottom trailer! Every time I’ve been here to load it’s a 5-8 hour load time!
This place has to respect for the drivers or their time. Here for a hopper load, I’ve been here for 14 hours partially loaded. First they told me that there was no product. Was told to wait 10 hours, 7 hours later they came banging on my door telling me that i need to be in bay 2. Every person I encountered was super nice and helpful, the ladies in the scale house were exceptionally friendly. My work assignment said American Proteins, but the signs say River Valley Ingredients and is operated by Tyson. When inbound, ignore the trucks staged on the right in the gravel lot, you have to scale in first before you stage. You will need to use the scale on the right.
