Used to go to the Clive office when I lived in Adel. I went home at the end of March to visit family and had an issue with one of my braces. Dropped it off for repair and they said it was repaired and charged me 400.00 for 4 screws and two pieces of rubber. It lasted for less than a day when I was headed back to SC. I called the office and they said they were sorry. No support! They said manager was out of town and would call me upon his return. Still haven't heard from the office or the manager. No service after they make a sell. My insert was not fitting properly. Called several times to get appointment they said the computer is down . Will call when it is up never received any call back m
Found this office when we first moved here in July of 2021. Needed some adjustments made. Had some insurance issues for 1 1/2 yrs. Throughout the entire process their office continued to follow up frequently. Finally the process is complete! Nick is an outstanding person who also has prosthetics. His knowledge and first hand experiences have definitely made the transition from a K1 to a K3 easier.
Have coming here for years, they listen to your needs and do there best to make you comfortable again.
