Scheduling/Registration is Incompetent !!

My order was Lost, the first time. That should tell you... SECOND, I was told i could not schedule my follow up appointment and would get a call. THAT NEVER HAPPEN! Aa year later. THIRD, I was told i needed new order in March when expired in September. FORTH, I was told I was going get a call 6 times to schedule never happen. I was told Supervisor would call when I wanted to complain. She too never call after 2 attempts. I decided never to return. I thought this worked well because they share a building with the doctor. Barry and his staff (including the secretary Carol) are quite wonderful. What I've greatly appreciated is the fact that my prescription orthodox have come with an unwritten warranty; I've gone in three to four different times to have them re-worked, re-fitted, etc., because of changes of shoes and things that effect how the orthodox cater to your feet. Being sensitive to that, these folks always welcome me in at moment's notice and take care of any concerns. I recommend them without reservation.
