Very disappointed with the service. My family member received a prescription for diabetic shoes, and it has now been about 3 weeks with no clear update. I have called 3 times, and each time I received the same response: “It is under review.” I am still waiting for a manager to call me back and provide a real update. This has been frustrating, especially because this is related to an important medical need. Communication and follow-up should be much better.
The office is very nice. The rooms make you feel comfortable, casual fee. Front desk friendly. I forget her name, but the doctor that took care of me was great. She made me feel like I had choices. Im excited to try out b my prosthetics in a couple of weeks. Thanks, HANGAR CLINIC of CLIVE!
Nick Ackerman has in depth knowledge of the needs of amputees. He works closely with skilled PT experts to meet your goals. I highly recommend this professional for your prosthetic needs .
