I was given an rx for a non-custom brace. I called Hangar and was told I'd need an appointment,which were 4 weeks out. This was a medically necessary brace needed asap, i.e. can't walk without it. I called American Prosthetic & Orthotic Care and not only were they able to see me same day, they saw me within 15 minutes of my call. A+++ caring & compassionate service. Don't wait on the big names!
This place was awesome the doctor was really nice and the receptionist was very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this place I am very happy with the service and the shoes fit perfect.
They were kind and knowledgeable and Ahmed fitted me with a back brace and I have to tell you I immediately felt better...the shooting pains in my back have lessened and I feel this was a very positive experience!!!
The secretary behind the desk was polite and the waiting area is very comfortable. It was lk being back in time. The Dr. Was very polite. I'll give 4stars now and when I get my supplies, I'll do another review .
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff willing to help out in any way.
