I needed my driveway, back patio, and sidewalk pressure washed, so I posted a request on Nextdoor and contacted several companies that do this work. I received many responses and gathered 4–5 estimates. Eric from American Property Stars offered a great bid and he took the time to explain exactly how they would handle the work. I cannot recommend Eric and his team enough! They did a FANTASTIC job on our house and roof this morning. They were quick with a quote, quick to schedule, and even finished the job earlier than estimated. Eric is so nice and he was patient with me when I forgot to text him back lol we will definitely be reaching out to them in the future with other needs and will absolutely be recommending them to our friends and family.

I made a post on a site looking for someone to do a power washing project after multiple cancellations from others and American Property Stars reached out and was able to get me scheduled the next day. They were communicative, punctual, did a fantastic job, and charged a very reasonable price. I couldn’t recommend them more!

American Property Stars are, indeed the stars of clean! I had my mossy roof cleaned as well as the moldy eves around the entire house. The siding now gleams. I am especially happy with the clean patio cover that I have been looking at for over a dozen years. And my skylights are “crystal clear “ Clean. Eric and Mathew did a super job. They were also respectful of all my beloved plants and they replaced any pottery planters around the patio along with furniture on the patio too.

We just had American Property Stars out on Weds to clean our roof, gutters and siding. I chose this company because the owner is very responsive to inquiries and very willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their service. I never felt like they were just trying to upsell me on anything. It was more like he just wanted the job done correctly and in order for it to be done properly then certain things needed to be cleaned.
