I cannot recommend Eric and his team enough! They did a FANTASTIC job on our house and roof this morning. They were quick with a quote, quick to schedule, and even finished the job earlier than estimated. Eric is so nice and he was patient with me when I forgot to text him back lol we will definitely be reaching out to them in the future with other needs and will absolutely be recommending them to our friends and family.
We just had American Property Stars out on Weds to clean our roof, gutters and siding. I chose this company because the owner is very responsive to inquiries and very willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their service. I never felt like they were just trying to upsell me on anything. Eric and Chase went above and beyond our expectations. Meticulous and professional. I would highly recommend them for any roof, gutter and exterior house washing. Our house looks brand new again. Thank you guys for an exceptional job.
Eric did a fantastic job on our patio and house and shop roofs. He always goes above and beyond with all his services. Highly recommend. Our garage/shop roof is getting old, so he used a soft chemical wash on it to get rid of the moss without doing any damage to the shingles.
American Property Stars are, indeed the stars of clean! I had my mossy roof cleaned as well as the moldy eves around the entire house. The siding now gleams. I am especially happy with the clean patio cover that I have been looking at for over a dozen years. And my skylights are “crystal clear “ Clean. Eric and Mathew did a super job. They were also respectful of all my beloved plants and they replaced any pottery planters around the patio along with furniture on the patio too.
