American Property Stars are, indeed the stars of clean! I had my mossy roof cleaned as well as the moldy eves around the entire house. The siding now gleams. I am especially happy with the clean patio cover that I have been looking at for over a dozen years. And my skylights are “crystal clear “ Clean. Eric and Mathew did a super job. They were also respectful of all my beloved plants and they replaced any pottery planters around the patio along with furniture on the patio too.
My walkways and driveway were all black and green from molds and moss. Years of build up, all gone now thanks to Eric and Chase. They did a great job, I would definetly recommend them.
I had my roof cleaned by this awesome company. Very satisfied customer. Thanks Eric for all your hard work. We had Eric and his team do more work for us because we were very satisficed with the roof cleaning. Look at those pictures, night and day. We did not realize just how dirty the driveway was. In the near future he will be back out to clean the house. So very happy for the great job he has done on our home. Highly recommended! 5 stars....
Eric did an amazing job cleaning out my gutters and cleaning my driveway and sidewalk. He really went the extra mile for me making sure I understood everything they did and any aftercare needed. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I’m thrilled with the results. I highly recommend them.
Highly recommend American Property Stars. Prices are reasonable and the quality is extremely high. Eric the owner is extremely responsive and makes sure the job is done right. Had my roof cleaned in the rainy season. Eric told me to contact him in a few months if the roof wasn't completely moss free and clear. Before I even had a chance, he reached out to me and came out for a second washing to make sure the roof was clean.
