I am a Realtor who recommended American Home Shield to my clients for years. Unfortunately, as the company has grown—and particularly since becoming part of Frontdoor—its service has deteriorated significantly. roof got damaged during the rain, American property's was refered by my insurance. didnt want to go with insurance vendor but after i met Veronika i felt comfortable and went with them. not my first construction job, and honestly american properties or atleast Veronika really has her s*&t together. hopefully you wont need a insurance vendor but if you do aps is a solid choice.
