UPDATE After further discussions with Ampro, they resolved my problem satisfactorily and quickly. I would do business with them again. Thank you, Ampro. We have ordered twice from this company. Our first shipment of 5" red oak unfinished hardwood was great, however our 2nd shipment of 4 packs was terrible! Although they advertise random lengths of 1 to 7 feet, we received nothing longer than 5' and there were only 2 of those in all 4 packs.
