Was extremely overcharged for basic repairs. Here's an example missing a rubber Gromit on my stove burner cover found it popped it back on and was charged $123. I had a $2000 plus bill some of was somewhat In line with average costs. But it appears that no matter how big how small the repair is, you are going to pay a premium price. My wife and I wanted to have some work done on our 2006 diesel pusher. I stopped in to see if American Pro would be interested and met Dave, the owner. I enjoyed talking with him and felt he was professional and knowledgeable. We agreed to have me bring the coach in so he and his techs could see what the job would involve before deciding on taking it on. After looking it over Dave said his guys could tackle it. Over the moon to have found American Pro to service my RV. David, the owner, is easily accessible, responsive, honest and a very down to earth and nice guy. More than once he has said to me, "Save your money; you really don't need that" or told me a workaround. So refreshing! He is also happy to work with my extended warranty company and makes suggestions to keep costs & repairs down. First time taking our coach in,had a pre - trip inspection done chassis and house batteries load tested. David the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly,had us in & out same day. They also cleaned and lubricated the step cover motor and track. I would use their shop again!
