American Pro AC and Heating is Honest, Professional and gives excellent service! Donny Bright, the owner, is helpful and explained every question that I asked. Also, Hamad D. explained the new thermostat to me and throughly checked to make sure that my AC was cooling correctly. All of the service / repair technicians are knowledgeable and throughly check all of the equipment. Jason Hendrix and Alan explained everything to me and they were very patient, helpful, and polite. I highly recommend this company!
Easy scheduling. Technician arrived promptly and was very courteous. The repairs were completed and he had the needed parts/equipment with him so no delay or additional service calls required. He didn't try to sell me a new AC unit when a simple part replacement took care of the issue. Will use him again!
American Pro AC were great! There technician Jason was the ultimate professional and provided us with a variety of options. The install team was fast and efficient and the owners even stopped by to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend them for your heating and a/c needs.
Excellent service! They were very fast and came the same day to fix my AC. Judith, who scheduled my appointment, was very helpful and found a same-day time for me. The technician, Jason, was very knowledgeable and helpful—he explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly. Super professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
Hamad was really helpful and only charged me for the work done and really appreciated he help and honesty.
