I ordered a clutch kit that arrived on time and looked to be high quality, when it was time to fit it to the bike the hub didn't fit the shaft, when I called apm to resolve the issue their customer service policy required me to return the item for inspection and wait for an answer, meanwhile my bike was to sit on a lift. I will be using a company with swift customer service from now on.

American Prime loves my bike as much as I love my bike. I'm really happy with the person to person communication and years of experience keeping my bike on the road. I couldn't be happier.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY PARTS ELSEWHERE! Quality and customer service have proven to be well below my expectations, especially for a company that makes the claim "Top of the Line...Clutches that wont fail ya". My brand new clutch was junk right out of the box and now I'm out hundreds of dollars in parts and labor costs. Now my bike is sitting while I try to argue with them to make this right. Ordered parts for an older SU Eliminator. Parts arrived promptly and in good order with the exception of 1 seal. When I gave them a call, they answered promptly and took care of the issue with no hesitation. Great customer service! I will be ordering clutch parts in the near future.
