I waited 2 hours for the late doctor - was told I had a balance due. This office will not see you without paying co-pay however I am to prove that I paid $30 in June 2011. Further had car accident in August 2012 - this office misbilled - I will have an issue with my health carrier at the time when settlement comes - I have left several messages with billing company and never received a call back and today was told I had to pay co-pay for physical.
