Extremely poor experience with them. I strongly recommend avoiding them and finding a different HVAC contractor. My company inquired if they could provide provide a quote to repair a commercial chiller unit, to which American Pride responded that they were "absolutely certain we would be a great match for this case" and "This is all well within our wheelhouse".
