They take care of Carrollton Woods but last time they ripped out my primrose bed to bare ground. And today I caught them doing the same thing after I replaced them. Said they were supposed to pull all weeds. Evidently they don't have a clue. They aren't supposed to be in our little beds next to garages and patios. This is beyond stupid
They do work around our neighborhood and it looks good and I feel like we are getting decent bang for our buck as it is a huge area. This is unrelated to your work, but when you have your company name on your vehicles, you should ensure your drivers are qualified and able to obey traffic laws and signs. Some of your employees need to go back to drivers education to learn what a yield sign is and how to navigate traffic circles.
We recently contracted American Pride to do snow removal for two of our funeral homes. What a fantastic job! We didn’t have to call once or ask when our lots would be done, they were out all hours of the night to get the job done. We are using them for our landscaping this summer at 2 locations, and I have no doubt they will do a fantastic job.
Their communication is terrible and the staff is almost confused on what’s going on either way definitely not how I operate for sure
