I can not rave enough about the services we received from the staff at American Pride. They were prompt in gathering all the medical documents needed to get my grandmother and grandfather enrolled in their services. The staff comes to our home and are all extremely compassionate.
Necesitan capacitar a sus cuidadoras. Tengo Una nueva q no sabe usar UN esfignomanometro tradicional. No sabe tomar Una nuestra De glucosa con El glucometro. No es lo mismo UN paciente encamado a Uno q puede caminar, bañarse y comer Por si solo. No hay supervision. Nadie viene a monitorear a sus empleadas.
American Pride was amazing with my grandmother. They were always on time and very helpful. Everyone in the company during the registration process was extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable and helped us set everything up for my grandmother easily. The nurses were always great when they came over to the house as well.
